Liposuction is certainly the gold standard in body contouring, especially larger amounts. Traditional tumescent liposuction is highly effective and may be complemented by other types including ultrasonic and laser liposuction. As surgeons we undergo extensive training and typically perform the surgeries in the proper surgical environment.
