Welby medical frontiers is a non for profit organization (pending official status) which functions as a global gateway to the delivery of medical and non medical in kind support to small communities worldwide. WMF has identified the opportunity for all benevolent individuals and organizations to personally deliver this support. WMF, an organization still in its infancy provides information and logistics to carry out successful benevolent ventures in specific locations worldwide. It achieves this by determining the unique requirements, resources, relationships and strategic planning for each site. This information is then made available through the internet for general access. Interested parties simply download the information and proceed on their own account with a venture suitable for all involved.

Thus far, the founder, Dr. Bat Rademaker, board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and entrepreneur has personally carried out four successful missions to El Salvador, SriLanka and Peru. WMF is currently establishing is first location in the rain forest of the Amazon in Northern Peru. A community of over 1000 people in several river villages in dire need of medical services as well as basic amenities like fresh water, solid roofs and educational supplies.

We also invite you to enjoy some of Dr Rademaker’s personal perspectives during his trips to the Tsunami stricken country of Srilanka and his most recent trip in April of this year to Peru. A full mission to Peru is scheduled during the fall of 2008.
